What you say is right. Companies do not see caste but just intelligence. Most dalit students dont have enough brains to be at IIMs, as they are always given what they want without much effort, by the government's reservation system, while the general category students struggle for their excellence at each stage of life. The news isnt surprising, but the way press projects it sucks, as it may disturb communal harmony.

I dont agree with rajagopal's comment, it is not a right thing to comment on a dalit like this(dont have enough brains....sorry boss!!!!)....every 3 out of 5 IAS officers r dalits n tht too without any help from this reservation system..U dont have any right to comment against dalit community like this!!!!!

I dont agree with rajagopal's comment.It wont b true to comment tht dalit students have no brains, sorry boss but 3 out of 5 IAS officers in India are from the dalit community n they dont take any help frm this reservation system. U dnt have any right to comment anything against a community like this.
